The growth in food intolerances and preferences has been met with our Gluten Free and Dairy Free Menus, together with our superb Vegetarian options, which have been received like ‘manna from heaven’. A more recent addition to our portfolio is a dedicated Vegan menu
Confidence and trust are key points with diners who have food intolerances. We now have a growing following of customers who know they don’t have the embarrassment of having to explain their diet or worry that they might have a reaction to what they have been given to eat. We take all special dietary requirements very seriously and feel that dining should be an inclusive experience.
Our vegetarian dishes have been devised to provide something a little different, which also give another choice for non meat eaters, or meat reducers. Our vegan menu has recently been described as ‘gourmet’ and the best vegan meals to be eaten outside the home. Our home made soups are always vegan and gluten free.
Our dessert menu is something we are especially proud of. We keep a stock of dairy free/vegan ice creams which means you can indulge in a choice of vanilla, chocolate or blueberry dairy free ice cream. Our chefs have also devised a number of our desserts to be gluten free such as new york style cheesecake with poached berries, moist almond cake and ‘chocolate brulee pot’ which is also Vegan. Just about as far away from a fruit salad as you can get!
We are committed to buying British meat, which is delivered by our local butcher, Stone & Edwards. Our fish supplier is Westport Foods, Stoke on Trent and our fresh fruit and vegetables are supplied by Freshview. Our suppliers have been working with us for many years to provide you with a quality meal combining the best produce that is available with the skills of our chefs.
We cook real food for real people, that’s why there’s nowhere else quite like it!
